MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
COMMISSION IMPLEMENTS REFORM IMPLEMENTATION COMMITTEE
The Board of Management of the National Broadcasting Commission has implemented a major aspect of the Reform Implementation Committee Report, streamlining the commission into five directorates
The Five new Directorates are:
1. Secretary/Legal Adviser, as a Directorate, headed by Miss Rabi Saidu, has the following responsibilities; Board Matters Secretariat, Licence Litigation/Solicitor/Legal Searches, Enforcement/Consumer protection and International Agreements
2. Directorate of Engineering/Technology, headed by Engr. Friday Ukwela, has the following responsibilities; Technology/Technical Standards, Spectrum (Analysis and Assignment), Engineering Research & Monitoring.
3. Directorate of Broadcast Content & Zonal Coordination, headed by Mr. Tom Aliu Chatta, has the following responsibilities; Standard & Code, Content Monitoring, Investigations and Zonal Coordination.
4. Directorate of Broadcast Policy and Research, headed by Mr. Mark Ojiah, has the following responsibilities, National Spread of broadcasting, Universal Access, Research, Information and Publications of the Commission’s Findings, Policies and Regulations, and International Relations (Content).
5. Directorate of Management Services, headed by Mr. A. T. Ogunsote, has the following responsibilities; Finance and Accounting, Human Resources and Administration, Management Information Systems and Library, Property Management and Stores, Revenue Management (Credit/Marketing, Commercial and assign IT Services.

The Office of the Director General is made up of the following:

The Department is responsible for administering checks and control on the Commission’s finances to ensure fiscal discipline.
